As a new mother of a miracle boy, I personally went the way from IVF cycles to motherhood.

Baby With Us’ mission is deeply personal. It is born from my own long, painful journey to motherhood. Those nightmare IVF-related headlines you may have read about—I’ve lived them. Nine years of trying. Eight U.S. fertility clinics. One destroyed our embryos. Another mislabeled sperm.

After all that, I knew there had to be a different, better way to help people become parents. A compassionate, inclusive approach that affords everyone the opportunity to bring a child into their family, no matter what their particular family may look like.

Our son was finally born in August of 2023.
He was delivered via a surrogate in Kyiv, Ukraine.
My husband and I drove through the war-torn country under Russian bombardment to pick him up. Yes, we really wanted to be parents.

Dr. Olga Bockeria, MD, PhD – Consultant in High-Risk Pregnancies and Cardiovascular Health

As a proud mother of four—yes, even twins—I know just how incredible, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming the journey to parenthood can be. My own path has shaped not only who I am as a person but also how I care for others. It’s what drives my passion for helping people—especially those navigating late-in-life pregnancies or high-risk pregnancies complicated by conditions like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and arrhythmias.

With years of experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and maternal-fetal medicine, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through pregnancies affected by:
• Blood clots
• High blood pressure
• Arrhythmias
• Stroke
• Myocardial infarction
• Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
• Postpartum cardiomyopathy
• Heart failure

What truly matters to me is making sure every parent—and every baby—is cared for with compassion, expertise, and respect. I blend my background in maternal health and cardiovascular care to provide support that’s as thorough as it is personal, always with the well-being of both parent and child in mind.

I have a deep appreciation for the unique journeys that LGBTQ+ families take when growing their families—especially gay couples, transgender parents, and individuals navigating parenthood solo or with a partner. Whether you're building your family through surrogacy, egg or sperm donation, reciprocal IVF, or any combination of these paths, I'm here to provide medical guidance, emotional support, and a safe, affirming environment every step of the way.
